Carly is a lifelong Minneapolitan on a journey toward living an extraordinarily ordinary life. She finds deep satisfaction and happiness in the creature comforts of her home with her free-spirited husband and two rescue shepherd mixes. A natural born day dreamer, Carly’s aspirations and interests ebb and flow with the seasons. From gardner and outdoor enthusiast during the warm summer months, to amateur cook, book worm and wannabe skijorer during those long, cold Minnesota winters. The one constant is her interest in seeking out that moment of pure fulfillment.
Monday through Friday, Carly can be found in the digital marketing world of Corporatelandia, pleasantly bemused, after 6 years as a non-profits arts administrator. Her love for art and creativity lives on in an endless search for great music, an unexplainable fascination with street art, and finding original pieces for her charming 110 year old house. Diagnosed with Celiac Disease 14 years ago, Carly does not let her gluten free life obstruct any adventures in eating and cooking, or drinking for that matter. She’ll raise a glass to any occasion but is especially fond of mellow nights on the porch with the people, and pups, she loves most.
